Why we only do this

Concrete leveling in a loess-bluff town isn't a side service — it's a specialty. The soil that made these bluffs (and gave us River Bluff Trails) washes out from under slabs like nowhere else in Missouri, which means the difference between a lift that lasts thirty years and one that fails in three is knowing how much void is really down there and filling all of it. That's the whole job, and it's the only job we do.

How we work

• Free, in-person estimates — we probe and measure before we price, so the quote is the price
• Honest method calls — slurry where slurry wins, foam where foam wins, and we'll say "replace it" when a slab is truly gone
• Finish the job — every lift ends with sealed joints so the water that caused the problem stays out
• Local service area — St. Joseph, Savannah, Country Club Village, Wathena and Elwood across the river, and out to Cameron and Gower

This is a town that fills Krug Park for the lights in December, packs the Apple Blossom Parade in spring, drives out to Chiefs camp every summer, and still keeps Cherry Mash by the register. It's also a town built on hundred-year-old concrete and hungry silt. We think both facts deserve respect: preserve the old flatwork where it can be saved, lift it straight, and give people a fair number for doing it.
